Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. The item must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be returned with all original packaging materials

  • Include all accessories or items that came with the product

  • Not show any signs of damage, wear, or misuse

Products that are returned damaged, used, or without proper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Request Period

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

After this period, we may not be able to process a return or refund.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

  • Product showing clear signs of use

Damaged or Incorrect Products
